First of all, we can see the knocking method of cylindrical roller bearing. In general, when the cylindrical roller bearing is disassembled by the knocking method, the key effect of the knocking force is in the inner hole of the rolling bearing, instead of being added into the rolling bearing turnover body and the maintenance wall. In other words, the key to this type of disassembly and assembly is to select the most important part, and the place where the protective layer cushion block is placed should be appropriate.
Although this kind of operation procedure is very simple to carry out, it is very easy to destroy the rolling bearing if you don't pay attention to it. Therefore, when disassembling the cylindrical roller bearing, you must be very careful. You can't knock it at will to prevent redundant problems.
The next step is to dismantle the cylindrical roller bearing by hot disassembly. In the actual operation, the engine oil should be heated to 100 ℃, and then the engine oil should be irrigated to the tapered roller bearing to be disassembled. After the rolling bearing ring is heated and deformed, the rolling bearing can be pulled out by puller, which is very easy to operate.
Compared with the two methods mentioned above, it is more stable and reliable to use the push method to dismantle cylindrical roller bearing. It uses the press to push the tolerance of roller bearing, which is not easy to cause damage to the equipment, and the cylindrical roller bearing can maintain stable consistency.
Then there is a kind of pull out method. Professional puller must be selected for disassembly and assembly in this way. If the rocker of puller is selected, the rolling bearing can be pulled out gradually. Naturally, the effective use of pullers is very important, otherwise no matter how hard it takes, it can't be guaranteed.
