Application scope: it is very suitable for the common fault detection of cylindrical roller bearing in rotating machinery and equipment.

2、 The technicality of Ferrography diagnosis

There is a close connection between the size of locating pin and the working condition of particles damaged. According to a strong magnetic field, under the effect of a strong magnetic field, the abrasive particles are settled on the Ferrograph piece according to certain regularity. The Ferrograph piece can be observed qualitatively in the Ferrograph optical microscope or detected on the quantitative analysis instrument, so as to distinguish the working condition of the cylindrical roller bearing.

Features: the equipment does not need to be disintegrated; the project investment is low and easy to use; the fatigue of cylindrical roller bearing at the initial stage can be found to be invalid; scientific research on damage principle can be done.

Scope of application: it is applicable to the fault detection of the brake locating pin lubricated with grease. It is difficult for the cylindrical roller bearing lubricated with grease.

3、 Confirmation Technology of oil slick resistor

The excellent cylindrical roller bearing is moistened. Because of the effect of oil slick, there are quite large resistors in the middle of the inner and outer sides. Therefore, according to the accurate measurement of the resistors inside and outside the cylindrical roller bearing, we can distinguish the abnormalities of the cylindrical roller bearing.

Characteristics: the same evaluation standard can be applied to different working conditions. The actual effect of the diagnosis of abnormal surface falling off, imprinting and cracking is poor.

Application scope: applicable to the place where arc is exposed.
