Generally, the processing technology of installation full round head needle rolling is carried out by using the specification of auxiliary sleeve. At this time, the specification of auxiliary roll or auxiliary sleeve shall hold the needle to prevent it from falling out, the motor shaft shall scrape the needle due to its own fillet, and the specification of auxiliary roll or auxiliary sleeve shall gradually withdraw with the locating pin hole slowly moving in the motor shaft, until it is placed in the working position. The diameter of auxiliary roll and auxiliary sleeve shall be 0.1-0.3mm smaller than the shaft diameter. During installation, first apply lubricating grease to the outer inner surface of the rolling bearing, stick the needle against the inner surface (leave a gap when putting the final needle), then send the specification of the auxiliary roller or auxiliary sleeve that replaces the inner hole of the motor shaft or rolling bearing into the outer hole wall, and make its inner hole point to the inner hole of the mounting shaft or the inner hole of the rolling bearing that has been installed on the shaft, and then use stamping Machine or ball head hammer to knock and press. The cylindrical roller bearing can also be installed in that way. Apply a layer of grease to the specification and diameter of the auxiliary sleeve, and sleeve it into the outside of the rolling bearing, so that the specification of the auxiliary sleeve and the outside of the rolling bearing form a ring-shaped hole, and then install a needle on the ring-shaped hole. After the needle roller is installed, the specification of the auxiliary sleeve can be released with the working central shaft. For cylindrical roller bearings without inner hole or outer side, a layer of lubricating grease shall be coated on the overturned surface of the shaft or housing hole, and the needle shall be placed close to the lubricating grease at the installation position. When the final needle is pasted, a gap shall be left. The size of the gap shall be 0.5mm in the circle of the cylindrical roller bearing. It is not allowed to squeeze in the final needle or miss a needle. Because of the hard extrusion, the rolling bearing will be stuck and can not rotate; when missing, the gap is too large, which is easy to cause the needle to twist and break when the rolling bearing is running. For the cylindrical roller bearing that can only be stamped on the outside of the die, because the outer wall is too thin, the cylindrical locating pin must be knocked and installed with a round head hammer, and should be pressed in with a press. Because of the uneven working pressure when the ball head hammer strikes, it is very easy to cause partial deformation on the outside of the cylindrical roller bearing.
