Introduction of roller backstop:
Roller Brake), the stop brake device of the belt conveyor is separately installed in the low-speed shaft of the reducer to brake the transmission drum when the shaft extends and stops. In a simple way, it is carried out in the way of single gear and roller. In a normal way, it can rotate normally along the direction of the reducer, but when the belt reverses due to an accident, the reducer cannot reverse due to the stop function.
In order to prevent reverse or sliding of inclined belt conveyor when it stops with load, check or brake device shall be added according to the actual situation after checking the brake torque. Roller backstop is suitable for head roller. It is driven by reducer. It has larger power, larger roller diameter and reducer above zq65. It is more suitable for upward conveyor with angle ≤ 18 degrees. Its advantages are fast backstop, small reverse distance and it is the backstop of large and medium angle conveyor. It is widely used in gear reducer, coking plant and transportation machinery, conveyor, elevator, electric roller and other mechanical equipment requiring backstop requirements.
Technical requirements for roller backstop:
1. The working temperature of the backstop is - 20 ~ + 60 ℃.
2. Under normal operation, the temperature rise of the backstop shall be lower than 30 ℃.
3. Under the action of rated backstop torque, the backstop operates 105 times, and its wedge, inner ring and outer ring surface shall be free of pitting, plastic deformation and crack.
4. The heat treatment hardness of main parts of backstop shall meet the requirements.
5. All parts must pass the inspection, and purchased parts must have a certificate before assembly.
6. After assembly, the direction of rotation shown on the steering indicator shall be the same as that shown on the wedge assembly.
7. The exposed surface of backstop shall be applied with one coat of primer and two coats of finish paint.
8. The top coat of the inner ring end face of the backstop is red, and the color of the top coat of the other external surfaces is milky yellow. Other colors can also be used according to the user's requirements.
