The specific roller reducer has been working under the condition of communication and alternating current. The loss of output power is not only on the resistor of the electromagnetic coil, but also on the iron integrated chip when the alternating current is magnetized. In order to reduce the eddy current loss, the transformer core of the transformer is folded into ferrite cores with mutual insulation layer, so that the eddy is in the control circuit of the slender shape, and the resistor on the eddy channel is expanded according to the smaller cross section; in addition, the silicon in the silicon steel makes the resistance of the raw material expand, which also has the effect of reducing the eddy.
