3) Side roller

It also requires strong wear resistance, corrosion resistance and impact resistance. In essence, the side roller is a needle bearing without inner hole. In the compound needle roller bearing, according to the mandrel and the shaft head, they cooperate with each other;

4) Rear cover plate

The main working roller heads are installed together to produce a whole;

Assembly line method of roller bearing:

The side roller is installed in the inner side of the shaft head according to the mandrel, the main roller is sleeved on both sides of the shaft head, the rear cover plate is fixed by the nut at the top of the shaft head, and finally many parts are fixed together.
