Positioning sleeve

The precise positioning sleeve is used for precise positioning in the roller lead screw.

Precise positioning is the position where roller guide steel parts have precision in the fixture. There is a gap between the short sleeve and the shaft, and the shaft is also the short shaft. After precise positioning, if the far side shaking of the short shaft far exceeds the gap, it cannot be precisely positioned (the rotation of XY axis cannot be limited).

Precise positioning is not a "limit switch". In "practice", the short set of precise positioning, the short axis can not rotate around the XY axis, but that is the limit switch. When the long set of precise positioning is increased (the precise positioning sleeve is increased), only the gap size is harmful to the accuracy level. Therefore, the rotation of XY axis can be limited.
