Roller needle

1. Ceramic bearings are more resistant to corrosion and wear than automobile correction wire needles. Because of the different raw materials, the ceramic bearing has better corrosion resistance and wear resistance than the cylindrical roller bearing.

2. Compared with ceramic bearing, the fatigue life of needle roller bearing is 10-50 times shorter. The service life of cylindrical roller bearing is 3-5 times lower than that of hybrid ceramic bearing. In service life, cylindrical roller bearing is far smaller than ceramic bearing.

3. The friction resistance of cylindrical roller bearing is high, so according to the oil lubricated cylindrical roller bearing, when the lubricating grease becomes thin or lacking, its lubrication capacity is still higher than the traditional lubricating fluid commonly used in steel rolling bearing;

4. The steel property of cylindrical roller bearing is smaller than that of ceramic bearing, the elastic mould of cylindrical roller bearing is lower, and its rigidity is 15-20% smaller than that of general steel roller bearing.
